Nokia has announced the launch of two new entry-level phones. The Nokia 101 (pictured) and Nokia are placed as the most affordable 100 phones of the company to date, prices only 25 euro (US $ 35) and 20 euros ($ 30), respectively.
The two mobile phones are designed for mobile communications to countries where the purchase of a phone is seen as an investment, such as large parts of Africa and Asia.
The Nokia 101 features a dual-SIM power users will use to connect to two different mobile networks make/receive calls and messages. It also comes with a FM radio, MP3 player, a loudspeaker and a microSD slot for extended storage of up to 16 GB. Meanwhile, the Nokia-100 is a basic color-screen mobile phone with FM radio.
Both phones offer Nokia Life tools (on selected markets) and Nokia money (in India), that access to all locally relevant information to health care, education, agriculture and entertainment offers. They can run on the series 30-support up to five operating system, address books and save personalization details for up to five different SIM cards.
The Nokia 101 will be available in the third quarter of 2011, with black and red color options; While the Nokia 100 will be released at the last quarter of 2011, with four colours.
